Virtually no product or service can be distributed without a successful sales team helping to position a product to aid in the attainment of organizational goals. The Certificate in Sales and Sales Management (CSM) emphasizes the skills and knowledge needed for students to become successful in sales and then progress into sales management careers. Students learn about the sales cycle, the importance of interpersonal relationships, effective negotiation, and how to manage, motivate and lead a successful sales team.
